"Omega Fire" is a fuel oil sludge crusher that liquefies and crushes soft sludge in fuel oil to improve poor-quality fuel oil. By using Omega Fire, maintenance of filters, pumps, and flow meters in combustion devices (rotary kilns, incinerators, boilers) that use poor-quality heavy oil can be enhanced, as well as combustion improvement. Additionally, it allows for maintenance of machinery and fuel savings through measures against sludge in poor-quality C heavy oil. Furthermore, the removal of solids (catalysts such as alumina and silica, sand, iron, and other foreign substances) in fuel oil can be achieved by linking with NAG-type filters.
